Quatro Colouring
It feels like it has been so long since I have dived head first into my Bonnie and Camille scraps but this is what I have been doing recently. Sometimes it is just a matter of finding the right project.
Sue Daley released a new pattern around Quilt Market time and I had the pleasure of seeing it in person and loved it. Initially I wanted to play in the same fabrics as Sue's but after finishing my "Southern Aurora Quilt" in those same fabrics I decided a change was needed and that Bonnie and Camille it would be :)
I started by "toe dipping" with this block.
As it turns out, it was enough to make the commitment.
Some blocks will be fussy cut but that will depend on the scraps within my baskets.
Yes, my Bonnie and Camille scraps have their own baskets :)
I have started with red in the centre of my version and I will be graduating the colours as I work out and even throwing in a colour change.
I am using Riley Blake Solids in:-
Pepper
Raspberry
Sugar Pink
Penny
Aqua L
Bleached Denim
I am looking forward to the journey that this project will be taking me on.
I am also looking forward to my return to blogging :)
You may also notice that my blog has been "magically" incorporated into my new Website.
If you would like to have a look around just click on any of the tabs under the banner.
I would love to hear what you think of it.

It looks lovely already. I saw this quilt on someone's post from quilt market and was immediately taken with it as you were. Trouble is, I have so many others in the works that I should finish! Isn't that just about every other quilter's dilemma? :-) Looking forward to seeing your progress. Hugs, H in Healdsburg
