I had to buy one to finish this.

Not much else happening in my sewing space at the moment.

I spent some time cleaning up yesterday and created a 

little display with my new cake plate.

and if anyone has a "RUBY" Jelly Roll by Bonnie and Camille that they

would like to destash let me know ;o)

Must be time to start something new :o)

Friday stitching

Yesterday I added the final stitches to my 

Sew Laugh Love

and with a quick iron :o)

Since this photo I have attached the borders and sewn on the buttons

but I will save that for the final reveal :o)

Just need to go and buy a canvas and a staple gun to get this one over the line.

Have you seen Gail Pan's new book "Simply Christmas"

Mine has arrived and I love it. Love it so much that I started

my first project from it last night.

and here is how far I got.

The first of four started. 

I think he is supper cute :o)

Today I am off to my LQS for my next Glacier Star Class.

This could be dangerous.  

Nicky has just got in 24 bolts of Liberty fabrics 

........  I will try to resist.

Also, the last time I did this class I came home to work on my blocks

and chopped the end of my finger off with my rotary cutter.

It looks fine now but still a little numb.

Silence is "Golden"

School and Kinder have gone back this morning in Victoria and the
silence in this house is "Golden".

With the return of Term 2 also means the return of routine
and with routine comes more time to sit and stitch at night.

My current night time sewing project is

I was going to post the above photos yesterday (Sunday) but it just didn't happen
but look what did happen.  A little more progress.



It is really starting to fill up.
This also happened .......

Dec asked Lily if she wanted to make some Rainbow cookies.

Next minute she comes out in her Chef's apron and Hat

....... so I guess that was a HUGE "yes please".
