Weekender Travel Bag
By Amy Butler
Decided to start this bag and see how I go.
It (the bag) has a reputation of being "testing"
but worth it at the end so no guarantee that it
will get finished, but if I blog it, it has a better chance :)
I made a plan and started to play.
Decided to do the quilt as you go method and use up some
batting scraps. My aim is to buy as little as possible for this bag.
So far, I have only purchased the zip, everything else is from my
Stash or scrap bins.
I changed my mind from the original text print and went for something bigger.
The colors in this photo are all off as its late and bad light, but
the side pockets and zip are done and I'm stopping for
now and start again tomorrow.
Hugs, Sharon
This is looking great! Can't wait to see it finished.
