The theme for a recent online swap was Spots.
I decided to make my secret partner Karen (no blog) a
"Sew Together Bag"
In keeping with the Spots theme I added some embroidered spots on the front
and of course I've used some Bonnie and Camille :o)
I think these are great bags. 3 zipper pockets a needle landing and a pin cushion.
Not to mention the nice long zip that allows the bag to open right up.
Enjoy your new bag Karen. I enjoyed making it for you.
hugs Sharon
I bet Karen will be thrilled with this bag - you have done a great job.
ReplyDeleteOoOO that's nice! Karen is still smiling I imagine. Well done!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ST bag - love the stripey binding!
ReplyDeleteGreat job! I keep hoping someone will make one of these for me, but alas, I may have to break down and make my own. Haven't sewed a zipper in over 30 years.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sharon. I do think it is wonderful. I can't believe how many spotty and bright fabrics you managed to use. You have taken some great photos. I am going to thoroughly enjoy this wonderful bag.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I do have a blog - http://sunburntquilts.com.au/
