Playing with Miss Kate

I have added some more lovelys to my Bonnie and Camille collection.

"Miss Kate"

I have also decided to try Aurifil thread.
Apparently once you use it there is no turning back.  Only time will tell.
I've not had a good start but will reserve my judgement for the moment.

Couldn't resist this.
Picked it up at Early Settler during the week.

I also have a new (to me) attitude for pretty fabric ....... Use it!
With that said I am proving to be a little indecisive though.

Ive had this little pile looking at me for a couple of days.

But Sunday morning this happened.

Five blocks in I was truly in love with Miss Kate.

All my blocks are made, now to settle on and layout.

Stay tuned :o)
hugs Sharon

  7. Love the new Kate range! Was it tension problems? I use a lot of rasant and when I switch it aurifil I have to adjust the tension slightly.
