On Friday my little baker and I set out on a baking mission.
The recipe said it made 100 cookies!
So take one batch of cookies, divide by 4 and add extra ingredients.
Roll, press (Lily is becoming a real little expert at rolling and pressing) then bake.
She is pretty good at the decorating also.
We made a couple of trays and then rolled the remainder for the freezer :o)
These are what we made Friday ........ all gone now but we knew that was going to happen.
If your interested in the recipe here it is.

"100 Cookies"
Ingredients
500g butter
1/2 cup sugar
5 cups Self Raising Flour
1 can Condensed Milk
Method
Cream Sugar, butter and condensed milk
Add flour slowly. Mix to combine
Now you can either divide mix for multiple batches or just add your desired ingredients
such as 100's and 1000's, choc chips, nuts, jam etc.
Roll teaspoon of mixture into balls and flatten with a fork.
Bake 1- 12 mins in moderate oven.
Roll remainder of mix into logs and freeze.
Adjust sugar amount to taste.
A great tasting little cookie :o)
hugs Sharon
