FLiQS (Swap)

FLiQS

About two and a half months ago I received an email inviting me to join in this swap.
It took me a little bit to say yes as I had been over to the Flickr group and the quality and talent of the ladies work in round one, well basically scared me!

With some encouragement from my family I bit the bullet and jumped in head first so to speak.

Well was it worth it?
Absolutely.
Firstly, my partner loved her Mini I sent and Secondly,
look what arrived in the mail today :o)

The wonderful Sandy in Buenos Aires made me this.
I love cathedral windows and mix that with a bright modern rainbow
and I am in Mini Quilt heaven.

Sandy was even kind enough to include some extras.
Beautiful purple fabric
(I am seriously lacking purple in my stash so she must
have known something here)
a holder for my mobile when it's on the charger,
how cool of an idea is that,
a lovely card and three crochet flowers.
I already have an idea and use for them.

And here is my new Mini up on my wall with some friends.

Thank you again Sandy. I LOVE my new mini.

Now for a new swap. I know ......

My name is Sharon and I am addicted to swaps!

Hoop-la-la

If you want to play along with this one you will have to be quick.
It is the Hoop-la-la swap and all the details can be found in the Flickr Group

Here is my inspirational mosaic.

Have an amazing day, I'm off to work on wrapping some Christmas Swap Items.

hugs, Sharon
