Starting Something New

Merry Merry Snowman

With Block 3 getting ready to be shipped out I thought it best that I make a start on this BOM.

So with that said I grabbed out Block one and got it ready/up to the stage to start stitching the applique.

I must say these fabrics are just beautiful,
not just the colours but the feel of the fabric.

The Snowmen poking out of the corners are so cute.
I am looking forward to taking my time and enjoying this project.

~ Edited to note ~

This post was going to end there but by bedtime last night I had finished the applique stitching

I am on a roll so might try and get block 2 ready whilst waiting for the Specialst to call
about Declyn's Knee.

Thank you for stopping by,

  2. Wow it looks great - are you doing hand blanket stitch or machine? I have my first two blocks done with a small teeny weeny little blanket stitch. I haven't posted them yet, but plan to this weekend. Happy Stitching!
