Oh My Stars - Week 2

The second post is up for the

Oh My Stars Quilt-along

this time around it is a

Sawtooth Star with a pinwheel centre

I am making One Large, two Medium and 5 small of each star and managed to get these ones made  over the weekend around a Christmas Party Saturday night and a belated Birthday Pool Party for Son No.2 on Sunday .........I am looking forward to a rest day today but the kids are running around getting ready for school, hubby is at work and Miss Lily is still in bed :o)

For the last star I used a blue daisy so this time I have opted for an orange one with a different orange fabric for contrast in the pinwheel.  I was a little hesitant but I am pleased with how they have worked out.

OK that is 16 stars down and only 95 to go!

The next star is not for two weeks so it's a nice slow pace over the silly season.
