Playing with a Rainbow ....... Again
I decided to do something with the hexagons that I took away with me last weekend to Mildura that I did nothing with. This was the plan ...... then I dropped them on the floor.
Oh well, random placement it is and for those who know me I don't do random (or scrappy) very well.
Blame it on an OCD streak that I can have ..... :o)
These have been made from my Scraps.
I am saving my Rainbow Charm squares for another project.
I just don't know what that is yet :o)
I managed to get them all sewn together and I have started to hand sew them to the white back ground.
I am planning to make it into a wall hanging in my sewing space but it would also be able to double as a table runner. I also have some rainbow threat that I am thinking about using for hand quilting this one. Maybe just a row or two around the outside of the hexagons.
How did your FNSI go?
I have been blog hopping already and seem some great projects.
There is only one FNSI left for the year - Dec 16th
And, I would just like to share a photo with you.
Miss Lily last weekend in Mildura
Isn't her smile just infectious ... and that curly hair uncontrollable :o)
Happy stitching,
Sharon
