Bad me. Last month I didn't make the item for the stitch-along,
but I have this month and it's only the 16th!
Here is my "Sewing Case"
designed by Anni Downs and from her book
"Some Kind of Wonderful"
and in true Sharon Style :) of course it had to be in some "B and C" fabrics
so "Scrumptious" and some Linen it is and I LOVE it :o)
Back
and fully lined
It's now sitting with some friends awaiting it's first journey out :o)
You would think that after hand sewing in the lining I wouldn't make another but oh no ..... I am :o)
hugs Sharon
Your bag looks fantastic Sharon. Fancy you using some B&C fabric! What a surprise! LOL! I didn't find the lining part very hard at all. Plus I even managed to put in the zip! My bag sits on display too. I haven't used it at all.
ReplyDeleteYour sewing case is great. I love your choice of fabrics. I am a B & C fan, also. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteCase looks great. lovely fabrics. I thought it was easier than it looks, how did you find it.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great Sharon, I love the colours! A very happy version of it...
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely version Sharon. I found the lining a bit painful too, but so worth it for such a pretty bag. I'm sure Miss Lily would like one.
ReplyDeleteLove that bag especially in Bonnie and Camille. Hugs......
