#scrappytripalong

My chosen project for yesterday (Friday Night with Friends)
was to work on my #scrappytripalong blocks.

I started with 24 sets of strips to sew together

Done but the heat would not go away at nearly 4pm it was
39deg out side and 26.5deg inside so I called it quits for a while.

Later in the evening I took to ironing my blocks and cutting them.

At this stage I was ready to settle I front of the TV with these and watch the Tennis.

By 9.45pm I had got to this

Still 39deg no sign of a cool change so off to bed it was.
So yes, some progress but not as much as I would have liked.

I am hoping all my friends in Tasmania are staying safe.
Thinking of you all.
Hugs, Sharon

  16. Bonjour from France, just popped in from Cherylls to admire your work.

39 degrees? How wonderful. I'm toasting my toes in front of the fire trying to keep warm...it's very cold, wet and rainy here in the Loire Valley.

  17. Really like your pretty fabrics. It must be steamy trying to iron in that heat.
