The border instructions have been posted and I have been busy sewing :o)
88 triangles and 44 strips went from this
to this
and then they all got a little trim (as per instructions) and now look like this
I am using the Ruby Range from Bonnie and Camille by Moda.
When I was originally doing all the cutting I kept out the four spotted fabrics
that you can see above. They really are a gorgeous Green, Blue, Gray and Red.
This range is one of my "current" favourites and I am looking forward to completing this cute quilt and then making something else from this range.
If you are interested in this quilt along go to my side bar and click on the logo and take a look.
I am looking forward to next week as we get to "officially" piece our top :o)
Farmer's Wife Quilt Along
Arghhh ...... I am STILL waiting for my book :o(
The girls are into week 6 so when it does arrive I will have a little bit of catching up to do.
In the mean time I have enjoyed looking at every ones blocks over on Flicker
It is still not to late to join in on this one either but you will need to purchase the book.
Until Next time, happy stitching,
Sharon
