A New Start
Mrs. Beasley's Sampler Quilt
Issue 10 of Vignette has made it into my hot little hands :o)
It feels like I have been waiting an eternity to start making this one.
Fabrics are out and I'm ready to start.
This one is only 4 blocks unlike Leanne's last BOM in Vignette.
(Mine is pictured below)
Thursday night when everyone was tucked up in bed I started the prep work
(the instructions have you cutting for the complete project at the start)
and well after midnight I ended up with this :o)
Needle turn applique and I don't necessarily get along to well so I am going to
omit some and replace it with embroidery.

Tomorrow is our Blogger Meet up at Mill Rose Cottage in Ballan.
I am so looking forward to catching up with everyone again and some new
ladies too. I hear we have a "full house" this time round.
hugs, Sharon
